1. Enrolment and confirmation 報名及確認

1.1 Places are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis upon receipt of full payment.
名額有限，將以先到先得及完成付款為準。  

1.2 One Bite Design Studio Limited (“onebite”) reserves the right to refuse any enrolment application at its sole discretion and without obligation to give reasons.
One Bite Design Studio Limited (以下簡稱「onebite」）保留按其絕對酌情權拒絕任何報名申請之權利，並毋須提供理由。

2. Fees, refunds and changes 費用、退款及更改

2.1 All fees paid are non‑refundable and non‑transferable, except in the case of programme cancellation by onebite (see Clause 3). 
除非屬 onebite 取消課程（見第 3 條），否則所有已繳費用概不退款及不可轉讓。

2.2 Subject to availability, a participant may request one‑time rescheduling to a later cohort of the same level or transfer the seat to a colleague from the same organisation, by written email request at least seven (7) working days before the programme start date.
參加者如因事未能出席，須於課程開始前最少 7 個工作天以書面電郵通知，並可在名額許可情況下，申請一次性改期至同級別之日後班別，或將名額轉讓予同一機構之同事。

2.3 onebite reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for rescheduling or seat transfers.
onebite 或會就改期或名額轉讓收取行政費。

2.4 In the event that onebite needs to reschedule the programme session, including but not limited to cases of below-minimum attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, your enrolment will be transferred to a later cohort of the same programme, subject to availability. Programme fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
如 onebite 因最低人數未達或其他不可預見的情況而需要重新安排課程時段，你的報名資格將在名額許可的情況下自動順延至同一課程之其後期數。課程費用恕不退款，在上述情況下 onebite 不會作出任何退款安排。

3. Programme changes and cancellation 課程更改及取消

3.1 onebite reserves the right to change the trainer(s), content, schedule, duration, delivery mode (e.g. online/offline) or other programme arrangements when necessary, without prior notice.  
在有需要的情況下，onebite 保留更改導師、課程內容、時間表、時數、授課模式（例如改為網上或實體）及其他安排之權利，而毋須事先通知。  

3.2 In the unlikely event that a programme is cancelled by onebite, participants may choose either a full refund of paid fees or a credit towards a future KNOTIE Design Thinking Programme of the same value.  
如課程因 onebite 原因而取消，參加者可選擇獲得全數退回已繳費用，或將已繳費用作為日後參加同等價值 KNOTIE 設計思維課程之學費抵扣。

3.3 onebite shall not be liable for any other costs, damages or loss incurred by participants as a result of such changes or cancellations.
因上述更改或取消而引致的任何其他費用、損失或損害，onebite 概不負責。

4. Attendance and completion 出席及修畢要求

4.1 Participants are expected to attend all sessions and actively take part in exercises and discussions to maximise learning. 
參加者應準時出席所有課節，並積極參與練習和討論，以達至最佳學習效果。

4.2 For online programmes, participants should join via their own device and, where possible, keep their camera on during interactive activities. 
網上課程中，參加者應以個人裝置登入，並在情況許可下於互動環節期間保持開啟鏡頭。

4.3 onebite may specify a minimum attendance requirement for issuing any certificate of participation. Details will be provided in the programme information.
onebite 或會就頒發出席證書訂立最低出席率要求，詳情將於課程資料中註明 。

5. Learning environment and conduct 上課環境及行為

5.1 onebite aims to provide a respectful, inclusive and safe learning environment. Participants are expected to treat trainers and fellow participants with respect and refrain from disruptive behaviour. 
onebite 致力營造互相尊重、共融及安全的學習環境。參加者應尊重導師及其他學員，避免任何擾亂課堂秩序的行為。

5.2 onebite reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
如參加者行為被視為不當、具干擾性或不安全，onebite 有權要求其退出課程，並不予任何退款。

6. Recording, materials and intellectual property 錄影、教材及知識產權

6.1 Unless explicitly permitted by onebite in writing, participants are not allowed to record audio or video. 
除非事先得到 onebite 書面同意，參加者不得對課程任何部分進行錄音或錄影。

6.2 All programme content, slides, toolkits and materials are the intellectual property of onebite and/or its partners. They are provided solely for participants’ personal learning or internal team use. 
課程內容、簡報、工具包及其他教材之版權及知識產權均屬 onebite 及／或其合作夥伴所有，僅供參加者個人學習或機構內部使用。

6.3 Participants may not copy, distribute, modify, publish or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from onebite.
未經 onebite 事先書面同意，參加者不得複製、分發、修改、發佈或將任何教材用於商業用途。

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability 免責聲明及責任限制

7.1 The KNOTIE Design Thinking Programmes and KNOTIE Chat are for educational and training purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. 
KNOTIE 設計思維培訓及 KNOTIE Chat 只作教育及培訓用途，不構成任何形式的專業意見。

7.2 While onebite endeavours to provide accurate and up‑to‑date content, it does not warrant that the information is complete or free from error, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on such information.
儘管 onebite 會盡力提供準確及最新的內容，但不保證資訊完全正確或完整，亦不會就任何因依賴上述資訊而引致的損失承擔責任。 

7.3 onebite shall not be responsible for any technical issues, interruptions or data loss arising from participants’ own devices, internet connections or software.
因參加者的裝置、網絡連線或軟件問題引致之技術故障、訊號中斷或資料遺失，onebite 概不負責。

8. Personal data protection 個人資料保障

8.1 Personal data collected in the enrolment process will be used by onebite for purposes related to programme administration, communications and future training updates, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). 
onebite 於報名過程中收集的個人資料，將根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）用於課程行政、聯絡及日後培訓資訊發放等相關用途。  

8.2 Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by onebite. Requests should be made in writing to onebite.
參加者有權查閱及更正 onebite 所持有的其個人資料，有關申請須以書面形式提出。

9. Governing law and jurisdiction 適用法律及司法管轄

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 
本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。

9.2 In case of any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
如有任何爭議，各方同意提交香港特別行政區法院專屬管轄。
