  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer (or Junior Graphic Designer), joining our hybrid Graphic Design team. You’ll play a key part in shaping visual stories for urban, architectural, and community projects, with plenty of opportunities to make your mark alongside other imaginative thinkers.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop visual concepts and creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, interior and public spaces, exhibitions, and community projects.

    • Collaborate with architects, urban designers, and the marketing & communications team to deliver cohesive design solutions.

    • Produce print and digital materials, including graphics, presentations, event collateral, and more.

    • Support the team in maintaining brand identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to project storytelling.

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Proficiency in Revit, Rhinoceros, 3DSMax, and AutoCAD is a plus.

    • Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

    • A creative mindset with a passion for design in architecture, urban space, and community projects.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Junior role.

  • This is a full-time, on-site position in Hong Kong for an enthusiastic Project Assistant. The role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic and creative studio in delivering impactful projects in architecture, placemaking, and community engagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide organisational and coordination support for the studio’s projects, including exhibitions, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.

    • Assist project managers in scheduling, documentation, and on-site logistics.

    • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

    • Conduct research and prepare presentations to support design and engagement strategies.

    • Handle administrative support such as meeting notes, project filing, and tracking deliverables.

    Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, Urban Studies, Event Management, or related disciplines.

    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

    • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

    • Strong passion in design, community engagement, and sustainability.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday and willingness to learn project management tools.

    • Prior internship or experience in design, events, or project coordination will be an advantage.
