    Location: Hong Kong
    Commitment: on-site, Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

    Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between our creative work and our audience, driving brand visibility through digital and physical channels. This is a hybrid role for a "doer-thinker" who can devise high-level strategies for social media and events, but is also ready to roll up their sleeves to execute them and analyse the results. You will also play a key role in supporting our growth by assisting with business development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Social Media Strategy & Implementation

    ● Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) that aligns with onebite’s brand voice.

    ● Manage the content calendar: brainstorm, draft copy, and coordinate visual assets for regular posting.

    ● Engage with our online community to foster conversation that aligns with our digital marketing directions.

    2. Brand Reputation, Awards & Achievements

    ● Manage Awards Applications: Lead the full process of award submissions, from researching relevant opportunities to drafting narratives and coordinating with design teams for asset collation.

    ● Review Marketing Achievements: Maintain an up-to-date record of the firm's marketing milestones, press features, and award wins to ensure credentials remain current.

    ● Assist in updating the website and internal databases with these achievements to support business development efforts.

    3. Offline Event Strategy & Management

    ● Collaborate with the teams to conceptualise offline events (seminars, webinars, and community gatherings) that amplify our projects and brand presence.

    ● Assist with on-site implementation and logistics to ensure smooth event delivery.

    4. Performance Evaluation & Analytics

    ● Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts on a monthly basis.

    ● Translate data into actionable insights to optimise future strategies and demonstrate ROI.

    ● Conduct post-event evaluations to measure impact against business goals.

    5. Business Development Support

    ● Support the leadership team in identifying new partnership opportunities and potential clients.

    ● Assist in preparing pitch decks, credential presentations, and case studies.

    ● Research market trends and competitor activities to inform business direction.

    Requirements:

    ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in the Architecture, Design, or Creative Agency sector is highly preferred.

    ● Skills: ○ Strong copywriting skills (English & Chinese) with an ability to adapt tone for social media vs. formal award submissions.

    ○ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.

    ● Mindset: A strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and organised. You must be comfortable working independently and managing strict deadlines for award submissions.

    What We Offer:

    ● Opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the community.

    ● A collaborative and creative team environment with clear career prospects.
