Slowlife restaurant is the first Hong Kong-based social enterprise restaurant in mainland China, aiming to provide good quality natural cuisines at affordable price. Taking advantage of the tall ceiling height of the shop space, several product display shelves and aquaponics devices were installed as part of the interior decoration, making the interior design more interesting to the customer. Abundant natural materials were selected for the interior fixture, creating a harmonious and natural space. Partitions were also used as a ‘vertical farm’ of herbs, recreating a natural environment for the diners visiting the restaurant.
