Empowering Our Community for a Better City Future

As part of the celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival, One Bite Social has led a group of more than 40+ participants last week in making traditional Chinese lanterns with one a twist – to draw their dreams and visions of our city’s future onto the lanterns that they make.

Supported by Oi!, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects - HKIA and Hong Kong Architecture Centre 香港建築中心 as part of 玩轉「油」樂場 Play to Change series, we believe in empowering our community as part of the city-building process.

By lighting up the lanterns at night scrolling around the city, it symbolises our belief that the roles of Architects and Planners should be empowering our communities by lighting up their dreams and visions, forming the shared core values of our city.

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
